Why is there no app in the app stores?

How to install on iPhone and iPad

iOS handles this through Safari only. Chrome and Firefox on iOS cannot create a home screen web app because they run on Apple's WebKit with restricted install APIs.

1. Open the site in Safari. Not in a third-party browser and not inside another app's built-in viewer.
2. Tap the Share button. The square with an upward arrow at the bottom of the screen, or top-right on iPad.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen. Scroll the share sheet if you do not see it immediately. Rename the icon if you want something less obvious on your home screen.
4. Tap Add. The icon appears alongside your other apps and launches in a standalone window.

Desktop install on Windows and macOS

Chrome and Edge both support installing the site as a desktop app. Look for the small install icon at the right edge of the address bar, or open the browser menu and pick Install WinSpirit. The result is a windowed app with its own taskbar or dock entry, no address bar, and the same performance as the browser tab it replaces. On macOS the app lands in your Applications folder and can be pinned to the dock.

There is no benefit to installing on desktop beyond convenience. The browser version is identical in features and speed, so if you prefer tabs, play online instead.

Android 8.0 or newer with Chrome 90+, iOS 14 or newer with Safari, and any current release of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on desktop. Live dealer streaming is the heaviest component: it needs a stable connection of around 3 Mbps and enough GPU headroom to decode video while the game canvas renders. On phones more than five years old, drop the stream quality in the table settings before you start blaming the connection.

Fixing a failed WinSpirit download

The install option is missing. You are almost certainly in an in-app browser or in a private window. Open the site in a normal Chrome or Safari window and the option returns.

The icon installs but opens the browser instead of a standalone window. An older Android launcher created a bookmark shortcut rather than a web app. Delete the icon, clear the site data in Chrome settings, and install again from the site header.

The app opens to a blank screen. A stale cached shell. Clear the site data for the domain and relaunch. It rebuilds on the next load.

You were offered an APK on a third-party site. Do not install it. The operator does not distribute APK files, and repackaged builds are the standard delivery method for credential-stealing malware in this niche.

Uninstalling

Your session carries over from the browser, so if you are already signed in, the login step is skipped. Remove the icon exactly as you would any app: long-press and delete on mobile, or uninstall from the browser's app management page on desktop.
